Every card will contain one of three different symbols (diamonds, ovals and squiggles) and include from one to three of these symbols on each card. The dealer will deal out 12 cards face up. All the players will play at the same time (which really adds to the frantic fun!) without taking turns. Everyone will look at the different images on the cards and try to make a three card set of either the same on all of the cards, or different on all of them. When you find a set you yell out "SET!" and pick the 3 cards up and continue on.

Now don't feel this is all so complicated because it is not. Anyone from age 6 and up can learn to play in minutes. The tough part is trying to stay calm while everyone is frantically trying to make connections. It can become quite competitive at times.
